The process you can expect when working with a production company for your wedding day video!
Your wedding day will go by in the blink of an eye! By using a videographer you will be able to re live every moment of your special day as often as you like, for years to come! For the most part, everyone nowadays knows what having a wedding video entails, however most don’t understand the process that takes places from booking, to receiving your final package. We have created a general 10 step system that will give you an overview of what to expect when you book with McElroy Weddings!
- Send us an inquiry! We will reply to you with our availability and even send you some videos we have previously shot at your wedding venue to give you a better idea of how we can capture your special day.
- Once you have chosen a package and we have received your deposit & signed contract, congratulations, you’re officially booked and your wedding date is added to our calendar!
- You are then sent a blank questionnaire for you to update your wedding day details. We will follow up with you 30 days prior to your wedding date for this information back!
- We are there every step of the way to answer any questions you may have leading up to the day itself. Want to add more hours? Send us an email! Wondering what your next step is? Give us a call! Our team is always ready to answer your questions and update any changes you may want to make.
- Your assigned videographer will reach out to you personally a week prior to your wedding to discuss all of the exciting final details of your big day!
- The wedding day arrives and we capture all of the stunning details and moments!
- You can sit back, relax and enjoy married life! Our editors will be getting to work on your videos (depending on which package you have chosen, your video selection will be different).
- We send out your video clips for your approval. At this point you will be able to let us know of any edit requests you have & we work with you to give you a final product you love and are proud to show to your friends and family!
- Once all videos are officially approved, we give our editors the go ahead to finalize your package!
- You will receive an email when we have officially sent out your final package to you in the mail for you to enjoy for years to come. 🙂
